Vacation Part 1- Cincinnati
16 July
On our way to NJ this year, we decided to stop at the Ark Encounter in Kentucky. We drove to Cincinnati and spent the night, and then headed to the ark the following day. If you are thinking of traveling to the Ark and are looking into a place to stay, I highly recommend the Embassy Suites at Cincinnati's RiverCenter. The view is fantastic, it's within walking distance to that beautiful bridge and a huge park, as well as many restaurants, and it's only a half hour from the Ark. We loved our stay!
Jumping between two hotel beds after a road trip is just mandatory.
Max loves chess and was so excited to see this huge set and play a game with Ben
Thankfully it was a hot day as there were so many fun water things to play with at this park! And then the ice cream truck showed up, which was the perfect dessert.
