Using a super fun form of transportation to NJ this year! With a bathroom, kitchen, table, and lots of living space...this made traveling 16 hours with 4 kids a breeze.
I hadn't gotten Claire's 9 year pictures done yet, so we combined it with our family session a few weeks ago. This girl LOVES having her picture taken. She could easily spend all day smiling and posing for our favorite photographer, Jenny.
Claire loves this dress. It's comfy, a nice length, and a pretty pattern. Her shoes are so cute and comfortable- she wears them all the time!

These pictures are my favorite! I absolutely love the pure joy on her face.
As much as Claire loves having her picture taken, Max equally dislikes them. 😂
But Ben's pretty good at coaxing some laughs out of him!
In case you're in the market for some fall clothes, these are still available and come highly recommended by us. 😉

My dress (which was just a tad too short for me, so I wore it as a tunic)
Another fun year of dressing up and collecting candy is behind us. My dream of having a Star Wars themed Halloween came true (well, all but the "yellow princess", who just didn't think being R2D2 sounded like much fun) and it was amazing. Everyone was super excited with
their costumes, and plenty of candy and treats were consumed. Another successful Halloween in the McCandless household!
Our usual trick or treating buddies were busy on Halloween (preparing for a wedding this weekend!), so we did some early trick or treating with them last week.
Grandma, Grace, and her barbies all ready to watch the parade at school.
That grumpy cat 😂
All ready to get some candy!

Grace didn't even bother removing her 14 layers before digging into her treats.
Ending the night with Halloween pj's, a warm fire, and Curious George: Boo Fest. A perfect Halloween.
