Eggs and Animals

Last Friday we went to an Easter egg hunt at Koula's. Thankfully the rain stayed away and the kids had a great time looking for eggs with their friends.
After the egg hunt festivities, we stopped at Carissa's to visit their baby goats and chicks. She waited until we got there to feed them so that Claire and Max could do it. This meant they were hungry and eager for their bottles, and unfortunately they thought that poor Gracie had a bottle in her possession. Four jumpy goats surrounding her pretty much scared her to death, and has probably ruined her for ever going near animals again.
They were the cutest things to watch- and would randomly just jump up in the air.
Grace thought she'd just hang out here for the rest of our visit.
Ava is so good with her animals!
I will be shocked if Claire doesn't work with animals when she grows up. She loves them! She has even started playing "baby goats" instead of "puppies". 🙄😂
Animals are definitely not my thing, but I'm so thankful we have friends who have them and let us visit!

I love Claire's outfit - this looked so fun for them! Although Grace and the goats had me totally cracking up. Haha! If Claire doesn't become a "pet vet" when she grows up, I'll be shocked.
