Friday Favorites {Boston Edition}

We had the best time visiting my sister and her husband in MA.  
The weather was beautiful, each day was packed full of fun activities, and it was just an all around good-for-the-soul girls trip. Prepare yourself for a picture overload. 

 Favorite pictures:




   
We loved Wingaersheek beach with all of it's massive rocks to climb and explore on (and Tess felt it was her and Kelly's mission to wash each and every rock).  






Dining and walking around Newburyport was another highlight.  

Favorite kid quote:
Grace, as I was being "patted down" in security: "Why do they need to rub you? To make sure you don't have any swords?" 

Favorite clothing item:
I am IN LOVE with these shorts from Target.  If you like comfortable, breathable clothes that feel like pajamas, run to your local Target and snatch these up.  
There are some shoes in this picture that I absolutely love.  My sister's cute platform sandals (Claire actually has the same ones in a youth size) and Tessa's sparkly pink sandals that she wears every day.  

Favorite food:
We enjoyed A LOT of good food.  
From homemade brick oven pizzas, 


to fish tacos and ice cream in Newburyport (with soldiers from the American Revolution of course), 
to delicious donuts, 


and the freshest pasta and pizza at Eately in Boston.  





Favorite verse:


"If God so loved us, we also ought to love one another".

Favorite moments:
All the moments were my favorite.  Spending some relaxing time on the boat was definitely one of them.  







Sightseeing around Boston was another favorite. 


Claire just casually feeding a squirrel.  

There was a whole lot of love for Uncle Tyler and Sadie too. 


Favorite mom meme:
I feel like me trudging through the airport like this should probably be made into a mom meme.😂

    LOVE LOVE LOVE. Had the absolute best time with you guys. Impressed with your endurance through ALL of the things.
    Also, a meme for that photo....
    "girls be like...I'm only staying one night"
    or
    "going on a trip, need about four outfits. I've packed 35 just to be safe."
