I finally decided that I'm just not that great at cutting my kids' hair. Especially Claire's. It's still a month before we'll be at Grammy's (who does a MUCH better job than I do) and they both were in need of a corrective haircut trim. So I took them to my salon. And they were just too stinkin cute.
To celebrate this fun little holiday, the kiddos and I made one of my most favorite candies from my Aunt Charlotte's days: Irish Potatoes. A positively delightful little concoction of coconut cream rolled in cinnamon. Mmmmmmmmmmm.
