First Days 2019

Last Friday the kids had back to school day. We dropped off supplies, met their teachers, found their lockers, and even found some friends.

Today was their first day of school, and three out of four kids were excited and ready (one kid wasn't even going to school...but was part of the excited and ready group).

I always love looking back at previous first days, so here is each one on their very first day of school, and then their picture from yesterday. I seriously can't even handle those Pre-K pics.

I didn't even realize how much older Grace looks until I saw these two pictures together. 😭😭😭 Also, although it appears she's throwing up some sort of gang symbol in the above picture, she's actually just attempting to make a "K".

Tess was ALL ABOUT getting ready for school this morning, even though I told her numerous times that she was not, in fact, staying at school. She has very selective hearing, and was not too thrilled when she had to walk out of the building with me.
