Easter Eggs
15 April
This past weekend was on the colder side, so we thought it was a good day to dye some eggs. Instead of using the usual colored vinegar mixture, I thought we could try something new (from Pinterest of course) and use shaving cream and food coloring instead.
Tess was skeptical...
until she stuck her hands in that fluffy, messy shaving cream. Then she was totally on board.
You swirl some food coloring into the shaving cream and then dip your eggs into it.
Let them sit in the shaving cream for 5-10 minutes and then rinse it off in cold water. And what do you get?
Apparently, you get purple eggs, purple hands, and water/shaving cream all over the place.🙄
We all decided we'll just stick with the vinegar next time.
